HUNTSVILLE, Texas – It was a busy day for Simone Biles, who spent her morning in Huntsville training with fellow Olympic hopefuls for the last time before the games in Rio and then her afternoon at the grand opening of the World Champion Centre, her family's gym in Spring.
The World Champion Centre is an all-encompassing gymnastics facility with a fitness center, classes for all ages and just happens to be the training home for the three-time world champion.
Biles is preparing for the final two events leading up to Olympic trials in June.
Olympic team head coach Marta Karolyi and husband Bela were at the gym to help support and congratulate Ron and Nellie Biles on the new facility.
