HOUSTON – A truck fire on the I-45 North Freeway is blocking southbound lanes in North Harris County.
Two left lanes and the HOV lane are still closed as of 7 a.m.
The fire was first reported at Parramatta Lane just after 5 a.m. and was put out before 6 a.m.
No word yet on what caused the fire or what the truck was carrying.
At last check, the traffic backup because of the fire measured about 3 and a half miles, just past Spring Cypress Road.
