Teens shoot clerk during food mart robbery in Third Ward, police say

HOUSTON – Police are searching for a pair of thieves wanted in a food mart robbery in the Third Ward.

Investigators said the teens burst into the Adam Food Mart around 11:45 p.m. Monday on Alabama and Delano.

According to police, the two teens shot the clerk in the arm before taking off.

They aren't sure if the teens got away with anything.

The clerk is expected to be OK.
