Prosecutors say Ali Irsan killed his other daughter's husband and best friend in 2012 because he was angry that the victims were turning her to Christianity.

Nadia Irsan is also accused of stalking her sister.

In court, the judge got upset when Irsan asked for a court-appointed attorney since so much money had been paid for her bond.

However, the judge decided that she can use a court-appointed attorney.

The judge also set Irsan's curfew at 6 p.m., but denied her requests to take driving lessons and to use the internet to find a job.

Irsan's trial is set for July.
