The wet roads caused the men to lose control of their car and crash through a fence and into a tree on the Northside of the roadway, according to officials.
David King and Joshua Vinson died upon impact, deputies said. Their back seat passenger was taken by helicopter to Memorial Hermann.
Harris County deputies are investigating the crash and it is unknown if alcohol was a factor, they said.
