Body found in wooded area of Crosby

CROSBY, Texas – Investigators are working to identify a body found in Crosby. 

Officials said a decomposing body was found Wednesday around 6 p.m. in a wooded area of North Diamondhead Boulevard and Typhoon Way. 

It is unclear if the victim is a man or a woman. 

Harris County deputies are working to gather more information.
