HOUSTON – The Cy-Fair fight between students caught on camera lasted only a couple of seconds, but it has the mother of one of the girls involved furious.
Catherine Wilbanks, that parent, said, "It is very disturbing. I'm disgusted, to be honest with you."
Wilbanks said looking at video of the incident that happened in the Goodson Middle School gym on Tuesday, it is clear to see her daughter Presley was not the aggressor, and if anything she was bullied before being attacked.
"The principal told me, says she was running her mouth; the video shows that that was not true. She didn't run her mouth. She didn't say a word to that little girl," said Wilbanks.
Presley Snow, Catherine's daughter, explained, "I don't want to get hurt, and from what I've heard most people are afraid of her and I was the one to stick up for myself."

Wilbanks says she contacted Cy-Fair ISD police about the matter and was surprised to learn they were declining to press any charges.
Wilbanks said, "They didn't feel like it was necessary and they felt like it was a mutual combat."
We reached out to the district for a comment, and it released a statement:
"This altercation took place Tuesday before school and was quickly broken up by administrators. We are extremely disappointed by this behavior and those students involved were disciplined according to the Student Code of Conduct."
Willbanks says she's not letting this situation go and plans to talk to administrators until something is done.
"What if it were your kids? Would you handle it the same way if it were your child? I think not," said Wilbanks.
