HOUSTON – Free Press Summer Festival has been rebranded.
It is now known as In Bloom Music Festival and it's taking over Eleanor Tinsley Park on March 24 and 25.

Beck, Queens of the Stone Age, Incubus and Martin Garrix headline the multi-genre festival.
In 2017, the timing of FPSF was called into question yet again as rain caused evacuations, delays and cancellations.
FPSF has been forced to host the festival in the parking lot of NRG Stadium twice in recent years due to conditions at Eleanor Tinsley Park.
