HOUSTON – As if he wasn't beloved enough, now JJ Watt is scoring even more points with Houstonians. He sent out a tweet Tuesday that is making old school H-town football fans feel nostalgic.
Watt tweeted, "I understand why, but man it's such a shame we can't rock the baby blue Houston Oiler throwback uniforms one time."

The tweet has Houstonians experiencing all the "Luv Ya Blue" feels.
That baby blue uniform conjures up a lot of emotions for Oilers fans. Many still remember the day the franchise left Houston after the 1996 season. Some still hold a grudge.
Watt was just a boy when Bud Adams packed up the team and relocated to Tennessee. But the fact that he still wants to pay tribute to this beloved piece of Houston history means he is a true blue (baby blue) Houstonian.
And he isn't the only one. Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has been spotted wearing a Warren Moon jersey on several occasions.
Unfortunately, the Oilers franchise history, logo and jersey remains with the Titans, meaning the Texans aren't able to wear Oilers throwbacks.
