HOUSTON – A vehicle crashed into a storefront substation of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday morning in Mission Bend.
According to a tweet from the Sheriff’s Office, the driver experienced a medical issue before her SUV plowed into the office located on State Highway 6 near Bellaire Boulevard.
Deputies said no one was inside the office at the time of the crash.
The driver is recovering, deputies said.
The office will be closed indefinitely, deputies said.
