7-foot alligator caught in Missouri City backyard

MISSOURI CITY, Texas – It was another big catch for the Gator Squad.

A Missouri City homeowner reported an alligator that had been swimming up onto her property for the past couple of days.

The gator had been in the pond in the homeowner's backyard and started walking up a little too close for comfort to their house.

The Gator Squad responded and because they said the gator was acting aggressive, it took a while for them to catch it.

The entire capture was recorded live on Facebook by the Gator Squad.
