HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Harris County Precinct 1 constables discontinued the silver alert for missing 76-year-old Theodis Telfor.
Police said Telfor is cognitively impaired, and was last seen around 3 p.m. Friday at the 8800 block of Oakleaf Forest Drive.

According to authorities, he was driving a black 2004 Chevrolet Silverado with a Texas State University decal on the back window.
Telfor has gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a light blue denim button-down shirt, and jeans.
Police discontinued the alert around 8 p.m. Saturday.
Authorities have not released any other details.
