Houston – KPRC 2 Investigates recently shared stories of viewers who received abnormally high water bills. We talked with folks who got bills for thousands of dollars for water they say they didn’t use.

But contesting those water bills with the city of Houston can be difficult. So we showed you the steps to take to fight it.
