HOUSTON – Houston and Spring fire departments have sent their firefighters to help assist fire and rescue efforts in Louisiana in wake of Hurricane Ida.
The crews will travel to join other firefighters from Texas staffing stations in St. Charles Parish and will help clear the roadways for the power company as millions are left without electricity and water.
