HOUSTON – Officers with the Houston Police Department are investigating after a woman was shot to death in a possible domestic dispute with her boyfriend in northwest Houston Monday, police said.
It happened in the 7700 block of W. Gulf Bank Road around 7:45 p.m.
Precinct 1 deputies and the Houston Fire Department responded to the shooting. Police said the woman was pronounced dead at the scene by HFD.
According to investigators, family members said the woman’s boyfriend shot her.
Officers said the suspect fled the scene shortly after shooting the woman.
A search is currently underway for the suspect.
