HOUSTON – A search is underway for a man who was last seen on Aug. 31 near the Texas Medical Center, according to the Houston Police Department.
Urai Dolkol Broussard, 59, was last seen leaving the 1500 block of Ben Taub Loop in an unknown direction. His clothing description is unknown.
