HOUSTON – Authorities say a car was trapped underneath an 18-wheeler in southwest Houston Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Houston Police Department, the incident took place underneath the Beltway on Fondren Road around 2:40 p.m.
It is unclear exactly how the car got under the truck, however, it appears the passenger side of the car was impacted by one of the wheels.
One person was said to have been taken to the hospital following the incident.
