Video obtained by police showed a man, who was seen driving a silver or gray 2011-2013 Honda Civic pulling onto an alleyway. Another vehicle, driven by Joseph, was seen driving slowly in the opposite direction.

The vehicle stopped, and the suspect, seen wearing a white T-shirt, ran toward Joseph’s vehicle, video showed. At some point, shots were fired by the alleged suspect.

The suspect took off.

Officers arrived at the scene sometime later and found paramedics providing aid to the woman after suffering multiple gunshot wounds while inside her vehicle. She was rushed to an area hospital where she later died, police said.
