HOUSTON – Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale has dropped another massive bet -- but this time, on the Houston Cougars men’s basketball team to win the NCAA tournament at 8-1, according to Caesars Sportsbook.
McIngvale stopped by the grand opening of Horseshoe Lake Charles to place $1 million in cash.

If UH wins, McIngvale would win $8 million, along with his $30 million payout from the Caesars Sportsbook from the 2022 World Series, which is the largest win on a single sports bet in legalized sports wagering history, according to the release.
