2-vehicle crash closes all lanes on 610 West Loop at Southwest Freeway for several hours

HOUSTON – A two-vehicle crashed caused a major traffic backup on the 610 West Loop at the Southwest Freeway Tuesday afternoon, according to the Houston TranStar.

The collision was reported at 1:50 p.m. and all mainlanes were closed for several hours as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

The cause of the crash has not been released .
