Deadly crash on IH-45 Gulf at Beltway 8-South causes complete shutdown (TranStar)
HOUSTON – A pedestrian was fatally struck on IH-45 Gulf southbound at Beltway 8-South Thursday, which caused a complete shutdown, the Houston Police Department said.
The lanes, which were closed for several hours, have since reopened, according to TranStar.
