HOUSTON – Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department need the public’s assistance in finding a man accused of indecency with a child.
On or around Nov. 5, 2022, Jonathan Ortiz is accused of performing inappropriate acts with a child on Burnett Street.

Ortiz, who is described as a 31-year-old Hispanic man with short black hair, sexually assaulted the child.
