The sting happened on October 25, according to a court document obtained by KPRC 2 Investigates.
According to the document, Alexander Padilla, 53, told the officer that he would personally be performing the breast augmentation and lift on the officer. He also stated that he had earlier performed the same surgery on his assistant, who was in the room at the time, and agreed.
“The Defendant stated it would cost $7500 and we could leave a deposit of $1000... defendant told the CI (confidential informant, the officer herself) that he gave her a discount for the procedure,” the document stated.

Padilla, who lives in a posh neighborhood in Cypress, was not at home Friday.
A woman, who claimed to be his wife, said an attorney would be in touch.
We reached out to Padilla’s attorney via phone, on Friday afternoon, but she did not return the call by Friday evening.
Padilla is free on a $10,000 bond on the charge of practicing medicine without a license, a 3rd-degree felony.
Padilla was previously ordered in 2013 by the Texas Medical Board to cease-and-desist from practicing medicine after a complaint that he performed liposuction surgery.
Padilla has not admitted to wrongdoing in either situation.
