BAY CITY, Texas – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 73-year-old man in Bay City.
According to Texas DPS, John Forster was last seen on foot at 40 Albatross Street in Bay City at approximately 9 p.m. Friday.

He is approximately five foot, eight inches tall and weighs 122 pounds.
