BELLAIRE, Texas – Some strong storms popped up across the Houston area Saturday ahead of an advancing cold front.
Video sent in to the KPRC 2 Newsroom shows some hail that fell in the city of Bellaire.
The hail appears to be about the size of nickels, maybe slightly larger.

While the risk of severe weather is low Saturday, some of the stronger storms could produce more small hail across the area.
Once the front blows through, expect a windy night and day on Sunday. Cooler temperatures will also move into the area.
