SUGAR LAND, Texas – Fort Bend Independent School District has confirmed the arrest of a Clements High School teacher.
While the district did not release the name of the teacher arrested, they said he was taken into custody Wednesday on a warrant out of Georgia for trafficking persons for sexual servitude.

The district said law enforcement believes there were no victims local to the area.
“Due to privacy laws and to preserve the integrity of the ongoing investigation, the district is unable to share additional information at this time,” the district said.
The news comes two days after the principal of Clements High School, 43-year-old Brian Shillingburg, was arrested on a prostitution solicitation charge during a sting operation.
During the operation, dubbed “Operation Naughty List,” Shillingburg allegedly met an undercover officer at a Missouri City hotel to perform sexual acts in exchange for compensation.
The teacher reportedly resigned after he was made aware of the investigation.
