HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said a man is dead after being struck by a vehicle in northwest Harris County Wednesday.
It happened in the 6900 block of Spring Cypress Road.

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, a man rear-ended a vehicle on the road. Both parties then exited their vehicles and began to argue. The argument escalated into a fight.
Based on preliminary info, it appears the alleged at-fault driver rear-ended a vehicle. Both parties exited the vehicle and an argument ensued, which escalated into a physical altercation. A 3rd vehicle and possibly others, struck the at-fault driver/pedestrian and remained

While the fight was happening, the at-fault driver was hit by at least one other vehicle.
Gonzalez said the vehicle which hit the man stayed at the scene.
The man, believed to be in his late teens or early twenties, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
