Around 3:20 a.m., authorities made it to the scene and found 20-year-old Isaiah Parker laying on the feeder road with gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead.

They were with him hours before this shooting at a family Christmas party.

“We took a picture there. I left early because I have to work today. Didn’t know that was going to be the last time I was going to see him,” Parker’s brother, Stephen Nelson said.
