Gas leak prompts closure on Fort Bend Toll feeder road at Highway 6 in Missouri City

MISSOURI CITY, Texas – The feeder of the Fort Bend Toll Road at Highway 6 is closed Monday afternoon following a gas leak, according to the Missouri City Police Department.

The cause of the gas leak was not disclosed.

Police said they do not have a time frame on how long the intersection will be closed.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and reroute as crews work to clear the scene.
