H-Town Ready! NRG Stadium decked out in playoff banners, Texans team store has gear

HOUSTON, Texas – Are you ready H-Town?! NRG Stadium sure is!

As the clock ticks down to the first Houston Texans playoff game since the 2019 season, NRG Stadium and fans are getting decked out in their playoff gear.

Outside of the stadium, new playoff banners are hanging as the Texans gear up to host the Cleveland Browns on Saturday.

The Texans play the Browns at 3:30 pm CT on KPRC 2.

NRG Stadium isn’t the only thing getting decked out in playoff gear. Fans were able to get their hands on Texans playoff merch starting at 10 a.m. on Friday.

The Texans team store opened with fresh gear ahead of the big game.

The team story is open from 10 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday the Texans announced that the game is sold out. However, the team is giving away 50 free tickets.

This is the first home playoff game for the Texans since January 4, 2020.
