Texans turf intruders: KPRC 2 uncovers Cleveland Browns fans in our midst ahead of epic wild card clash

As Houston Texans prepare for a wild card showdown, battle lines drawn in unexpected places!

Hey there, Houston Texans faithful! Brace yourselves because the Wild Card game is about to set the field ablaze, and guess what? We’ve got some Cleveland Browns infiltrating our turf! KPRC 2′s very own Rilwan Balogun embarked on a quest to hunt down these elusive Browns supporters, and the journey unfolded right in the heart of our newsroom. Let the showdown begin!

Balogun, armed with his mic and unwavering determination, took us on a thrilling expedition through the KPRC 2 newsroom in search of the Browns’ diehard faithful. And guess what? He didn’t have to venture far because, surprise surprise, our very own news hub is a secret haven for Browns enthusiasts. Shocking, right?

First up on the Browns fan radar was Moriah Ballard, a digital producer proudly flaunting the brown and proclaiming allegiance to the Dog Pound. Why, you ask? Because she’s from Cleveland and a Brownie at heart. When asked about the wonders of Cleveland, Moriah confidently asserted that the city has it all – art, culture, and, hold your horses, underrated food. Cleveland food, she claims, is in a league of its own.

Next in the line of Browns aficionados was Jason Nguyen, an investigative producer rocking a custom jersey. Talk about hometown pride. Jason’s roots run deep, having grown up in front of Municipal Stadium. He watched it crumble, only to rise again as the FirstEnergy Stadium.

But fear not, Texans faithful, for our newsroom is not without its resilient Texans defenders. Chief Photographer Byron Nichols, the epitome of a devoted Texans fan, graced the scene. When asked about his predictions for the Saturday clash, Byron confidently declared, “Browns aren’t going to do to us what they did last game. We got C.J. back. Amari Cooper, we’re shutting you down.”

As the clash of fandoms reaches a fever pitch, it’s not just about touchdowns; it’s a battle of hometown pride, a spectacle that transcends the confines of the gridiron. Will the Browns manage to plant their flag in Texas soil, or will the Texans defend their turf with unyielding resilience? Buckle up, because this Wild Card game is not just a sports event; it’s a saga of loyalty, camaraderie, and the unpredictable twists that make football the heart-pounding spectacle we all love. Let the games begin!
