Alden Sterling Davenport, a dedicated member of the Boy Scouts of America, achieved the highest rank in Scouting, Eagle Scout.
Alden’s Eagle Scout rank is remarkably poignant as he was pinned with the same Eagle Award pin of his great grandfather, Claude James Davenport Jr. from Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Davenport Jr. received the pin in 1925.
Alden joined KPRC 2 News Today at 10 a.m. to talk about his journey to becoming an Eagle Scout, and share how he’s continuing his family legacy.
