HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man died after authorities said he was shot by a family member multiple times in north Harris County Thursday.
The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office said it happened in the 600 block of Regal Hollow Lane.

Investigators did not detail how it all unfolded but said the dispute was between an unidentified man in his 50s and his stepson. The man was shot multiple times and was taken to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
At last check, the stepson, who is in his 20s, was taken into custody for questioning and investigators were working to get a warrant to search the home.
