“We prepared for them like we have any other team. We just play the people in front of us and not the name,” Cougar guard Jamal Shead said.
Houston, who has won just about as much as Duke has in recent history, believes their program has had equal success.
“We deserve to be in the same breath of those teams. We’re going out there to win the game.”
Houston will tip off against Duke approximately at 8:40 p.m.
