HOUSTON – A man was hospitalized on Tuesday afternoon after being shot in north Harris County, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a restaurant after reports of a crash near FM 1960 and I-45.

Investigators learned that the man was shot and then crashed into two other vehicles in the parking lot of the restaurant. He was taken to an area hospital in an unknown condition.
It is unknown if he was shot somewhere else and then drove to the Red Lobster or in the parking lot. The suspect reportedly fled the scene.
The HCSO Violent Crimes unit was called to investigate the scene.
