HOUSTON – The mother and daughter duo busted in an HPD undercover sting operation, ready to take $6,000 for giving illegal butt injections, have been ordered not to inject anything into anyone.
They can’t practice any procedures or stock any of the substances investigators say they were using for illegal injections.

Those orders came from a Harris County judge Tuesday who said there’s enough evidence to move forward with the state’s case against Consuelo Dal Bo, 56, and her 18-year-old daughter, Isabella Dal Bo. Both women were in court for the unlawful practice of medicine charge.
The prosecutor said more women have come forward since the Dal Bos were arrested on April 4, 2024.
“So there’s a very active and ongoing investigation, both on the federal level and on the state level,” said Sheila Hansel, an assistant district attorney from Harris County’s consumer fraud division.
The investigation started with the Food and Drug Administration. They were trying to figure out how the illegal substance was getting from South Korea to Mexico and then into the U.S.
That led them to the Dal Bo duo.
Investigators believe the two were traveling the country performing illegal butt injections.
In this case, they’re accused of flying into Houston from California and driving straight to perform a procedure.
The Dal Bos thought they were meeting their client at a private home in Cypress. Houston Police had set up an undercover operation and had one of their officers offer to pay $6,000 for a butt injection.
Police say the woman offered the undercover officer Xanax so she could relax before the procedure. Court documents show the women were “not even sure what was in the bottles.”
Their next court hearing in Harris County is in June.
