SAN MARCOS, Texas – An Amber Alert has been canceled for a 2-year-old boy from San Marcos who police say was abducted from a park Saturday.
Legend Torres was reportedly found at 1:50 a.m. in the Dallas area along with the suspect, Joey Torres in collaboration with the San Marcos Police and Dallas Police.

Legend was found to be safe and unharmed. Both the suspect and child were found at an apartment complex where the vehicle was located. Joey Torres is now in custody.
