The bridge connecting Kingwood and Atascocita via West Lake Houston Parkway has reopened after being temporarily closed due to elevated water levels.
The I-69/Hamblen Rd. underpass remains closed.

The closure was a precautionary measure to ensure public safety amidst the ongoing weather conditions.

Local authorities had advised residents and commuters to seek alternate routes until the water recedes and the bridge is deemed safe for travel once again.
