Pizza delivery driver kills customer in fatal shooting during argument in S Houston

A pizza delivery driver shot a customer after a confrontation early Sunday morning.

The incident happened at 12:40 a.m. at the 3300 block of Yellowstone in Houston’s South Side.

According to police, the man got into a confrontation with the pizza delivery driver for unknown reasons. The pizza delivery driver shot the man multiple times. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. The pizza driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with investigators.

KPRC2 reached out to Houston police to find out if the delivery driver will be charged in the shooting.
