Authorities have arrested multiple suspects who were allegedly caught by police taking advantage of residents during last week’s deadly storm.
According to the Houston Police Department, 15 suspects managed to survive the storm but took the opportunity to prey on innocent residents.

Officers said they were each trying to break into businesses within the City of Houston.
All of the suspects were arrested and charged with felonies.
As of Wednesday afternoon, 58,500 people were still without power in the Houston area.
