The agency says there will be some detours along downtown routes, which is still recovering from the damage caused by the storm.

“Cleanup efforts continue in the Central Business District following the severe weather which damaged thousands of windows in high-rises, causing dangerous debris to fall on roadways and sidewalks,” METRO said. “Customers traveling to the area should build in additional trip time as street closures may lengthen commutes, and a number of bus stops may not be accessible. Some local bus routes and METROLift trips may also be impacted by the street closures. Service supervisors will be on hand to assist with questions.”

Along with the METRO Park & Ride service, the U.S. 290 HOV/HOT express lane will also reopen Tuesday.
