According to the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office, it happened at an apartment complex on Ella Blvd in north Harris County. That’s where responding deputy constables say Husam Alkahtani, 33, was acting belligerent and threatening to kill the arresting officer “and his family.”
It all started, however, after Alkahtani banged on his neighbor’s door and when she opened it, authorities say he “forced his way in.”
From there, deputy constables said the 33-year-old started yelling at her about her dogs barking before assaulting her. Another man at the complex heard what was happening and after a brief struggle, was able to get him away from the neighbors while they waited for officers.

Investigators said Alkahtani then started yelling racial slurs at them and “repeatedly” threatened the deputy constable who came to arrest him.
Alkahtani was placed in cuffs and booked into the Harris County jail on a $65,000 bond for felony charges of Burglary of a Habitation and Retaliation.
