It happened around 12:45 a.m. when officers with the Pasadena Police Department tried pulling over a stolen vehicle near Spencer Hwy. Investigators said the driver refused to stop, and so a chase ensued, lasting a little more than 10 minutes.

At some point, officials said the driver lost control and crashed the car out on E Orem Dr. west of Telephone Rd. where it flipped and landed on its roof. We’re told there were a total of 5 people inside the car, all of whom were taken to the hospital for medical treatment (but their conditions were not disclosed).

MORE STORIES INVOLVING CHASES

No officers were injured and no other vehicles were affected during the crash. It’s unclear what charges any of the people inside the stolen car will face, as of this writing, and no description was shared on who the people were but an investigation continues.
