Two men have died from possible high carbon monoxide levels while working in a trailer using a generator.
Harris County Sheriff’s Office units responded to the 16000 block of John Dr. in Channelview where Channelview EMS confirmed the men were dead on arrival. They were using the generator to prepare the trailer for living, not due to a power outage.

Investigators reported that one man appeared to have fallen asleep and the other collapsed. Hazmat teams found extremely high carbon monoxide levels. The investigation is ongoing, but no foul play is suspected at this time.
