HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Two men were killed in a fiery crash along the Beltway 8 frontage road in northeast Harris County Sunday.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said it happened along the E. Sam Houston Pkwy N. at Little York.

According to the sheriff’s office, it appears two vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed when one of them ran a red light, colliding into the other. The collision forced the other car into a light pole. The vehicle then appeared to explode before being engulfed in flames.
Two men in one car were killed. Two women who were in the other car were uninjured.
