AT&T says the issue disrupting calls between carriers has been resolved after reports of outages across the nation were shared and corroborated by outage trackers.

The site DownDetector indicated there were more than 3,100 active reports of outages at 4:09 p.m. The issues seemed to be mainly limited to mobile users, as 91% of the complaints were from issues with cell phone networks.

The company later announced the issue had been resolved.

The issue comes just two weeks after many Apple users experienced nationwide outages and delays with iMessage and FaceTime features on their devices.
