3 injured in SW Harris County gas station shooting

Three people were shot at a gas station in southwest Harris County early Monday morning.

At 4:17 a.m., the Houston Police Department and Houston Fire Department responded to a report of a shooting at a gas station located at 11800 block of Bellaire Blvd.

Upon arrival, officers found a vehicle at a gas pump with a man inside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported in critical condition to an area hospital.

During the search of the area, officers discovered two women hiding behind the store. One woman was shot in the hand, and the other in the thigh. All victims are 18 years old.

Surveillance footage revealed that a red Chevy had pulled up to the gas station and attempted to make a transaction with the victims before gunshots rang out and the suspects fled the scene. An additional man in the victims’ vehicle also fled and has not been located.

Police found money and guns in the victims’ vehicle. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
