Spam calls: Texas has one of the highest numbers of unwanted calls 📵

HOUSTON – If you’ve found yourself getting bombarded by spam/robo callers, don’t worry - it’s not just you.

According to a recent study by Flatworld Solutions, researchers analyzed consumer complaints using the FCC database to find which cities and states receive the most spam calls.

The results showed Texas to have the second-highest number of complaints about unwanted calls - with nearly 8,400 reports made!

Houston alone ranked sixth among the top 20 cities with the most unwanted calls, totaling about 853 reports, the survey said.

The Space City was not the only place in Texas to make the top list; San Antonio, Plano, Austin, Arlington, and Dallas made the top 20 cities as well ranking #12, #15,  #16, #18, and  #20, respectively.
