HOUSTON – Investigators are piecing together what led up to a man’s death in north Harris County after he was found with several stab wounds Tuesday night.

It happened at a home on Reeveston near Hardy Toll Rd. and Aldine Bender around 9:45 p.m. That’s when deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said they got a call for a welfare check.

When they arrived, responding officers said they found an unidentified man in his late 30s dead from several stab wounds. Investigators also said there appeared to be signs of a struggle. No additional information was shared, as of this writing,

Homicide detectives said they do not have a description of the man’s killer nor do they have any witnesses.

At last check, translators were working with officers to interview the caller to learn more as the investigation continues.
