Vehicle fire shuts down westbound lanes of 610 loop at Ella

HOUSTON – A vehicle fire has shut down the westbound lanes of IH-610, the North Loop at Ella Blvd.

Houston Transtar cameras captured the vehicle on fire as well as the backup in the area.

Firefighters are working to extinguish the fire.

Prepare for delays or seek an alternate route if in the area.
